Metal phosphating before painting
Phosphate coating for improved paint adhesion and corrosion protection. SVK phosphating concentrates combined with AT-3 Activator and Phosphating Neutralizer (Grade A/B) deliver a uniform fine-crystal structure with a controlled coating weight of 3-12 g/m². Mazhef FK-16 salt — for premium zinc-phosphate coatings.
Electroplating: zinc, tin, passivation
Electroplating processes with bath parameter control. The SVK-Tsink-50 additive for weakly acidic zinc electroplating of fasteners and rebar; SVK-Olovo additive for bright tin coatings; SVK-pas-Ts1 for final passivation of galvanized parts before packaging and transport.
Mist suppressant for electroplating baths
ZOS-8 is a surface-active mist suppressant for acidic and alkaline mists above electroplating baths. It forms a surface film that retains acid aerosols (HCl, H₂SO₄) and alkalis, improving shop-floor conditions and reducing corrosion load on equipment.
