1. General Provisions
The svk.ua website («Site») is an information resource of PE «SRF SVK» containing details about products, services and company activities.
By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the Information
The Site is a B2B information catalog. Product information, technical characteristics, pricing and supply terms are provided for reference and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Supply contracts, Private Label technical specifications and other commercial agreements are concluded separately after direct communication with an SVK manager.
3. Technical Documentation
Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other technical documents available for download are provided as reference material. The current version of documentation for a specific batch must be requested directly from the sales department.
Application of the products must comply with applicable laws of the country of use, the buyer's internal standards and the manufacturer's recommendations.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Site — texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, site structure — are subject to copyright and related rights and belong to PE «SRF SVK» or are used with the permission of rights holders.
Trademarks «SVK», «Pusya», «Pusya Fresh», «Super Wash», «Perfect», «Multico», «365», «Ekonom», «REF», «Leia», «MorecoBeauty», «UMLIK» and other proprietary marks mentioned are registered trademarks of PE «SRF SVK» or group companies.
Any copying, reproduction, public display or commercial use of Site materials without written permission of the rights holder is prohibited.
5. User Conduct
You undertake not to use the Site for:
• sending spam, phishing or otherwise abusing feedback forms;
• attempts to gain unauthorized access to servers, databases or administrative sections;
• automated scraping of site content without written permission;
• any actions that violate Ukrainian law or the rights of third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided «as is». We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information but do not guarantee its absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness at every moment.
SVK is not liable for damages arising from temporary Site unavailability, actions of third parties (hosting provider, ISP) or use of Site information without prior consultation with SVK's technical department.
7. Links to Third Parties
The Site may contain links to external resources (social media, marketplaces, partner sites). SVK is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or functioning of third-party sites.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site after amendments constitutes your agreement with the updated version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising from Site use are subject to resolution in the courts at the registered location of PE «SRF SVK» — Dnipro, Ukraine.
